Founded in 1974, China Glaze Group is a material chemistry company based on ceramic glazed materials. China Glaze has rich technology experience in the inorganic powder of calcining & grinding and dispersion.The quality and stability of products has always been our core technology, and Group's R&D center is rooted in Taiwan. Since December 2006, we have invested in the development of Ceramic Digital inks. Not only acquiring a lot of patents, but we has also obtained the passed certificates from Xaar and Fujifilm-Dimatix ceramic printhead companies as well as ceramic inkjet equipment manufacturers, such as System, TecnoFerrari and INTESA etc.
In 2014, through full use of the ink research and development experience of the group team, China Glaze had extended the grinding technology of ceramic digital ink (inorganic material) to the field of textile digital ink (organic materials), to launch high-quality textile digital inks in a short period of time and successfully develope three kinds of inks, including Pigment Ink, Reactive Ink and Acid Ink. Afterward, we attended ITMA ASIA + CITME 2016 Shanghai Exhibition between October 21 and 25,2016 and displayed one series of TexJet inks which were promoted to China and SouthEast Asia etc, all its quality has been well recognized by textile industry also. In addition, we are much aware of the necessity of certification for textile inks for printhead company, and then have acquired the passed certificate of our Reactive Inks from Japan Kyocera (Certificate No:180509_UL_CG) and GOTS with our strict certification system and team’s constantly repeating verification.
At present, China Glaze has the newly developed pigment inks of glaze can be directly printed on fabrics, such as cotton or polyester blended etc; its color ink is bright and wide gamut; black ink is deeper; and white ink has good coverage and stability. All the above pigment inks are superior to the usual commercial products in terms of washing fastness and rubbing fastness on printability. In order to inkjet ink directly on cotton, linen, silk, and other fabrics etc, reactive dye inks have also been developed, its ink has high color stability, good color fastness and bright colors, and its quality is comparable to that of European and American’s inks. Acid dye ink can be directly printed on nylon, wool, silk and other fabrics etc, its ink color has complete chromatogram, not only the ink color is deeper and color fastness is better, but also has additional fluorescent ink available for matching colors.
Now China Glaze has extended our inkjet technology successfully from the traditional tile building materials industry to the textile industry, from ceramic digital ink to textile digital ink,all on the way connected with different mainstream printhead and inkjet priinter manufacturers with various types of ink formulations . As we know that the customer's demand on the ink is the smooth printing ability. Therefore, our requirements on the production line are extremely strict in conformity with the specifications of the on-site factories of well-known foreign plants so as to ensure that each batch inks have excellent printability and consistent quality to make the verious quality assurance of process inspection, Besides have five plants in Taiwan, China, Indonesia and Bangladesh, China Glaze has the well-established sales base in other Asia’s countries, we also continuously develops and innovates the new products, and provides customers with Total Solutions so as to increase the added value of their products.
