Digital Inks

Since December 2004, China Glaze has invested in the research and development of ceramic inks and pigments and has obtained multiple patents. These digital ceramic inks offer high purity, stable color, and a wide color gamut. Utilizing ultra-high dispersion technology that reaches nanometer levels, they are suitable for all types of piezoelectric ceramic inkjet printheads. They have received certification from Xaar and Dimatix, as well as from inkjet printer manufacturers such as System, TecnoFerrari, and INTESA. Other inkjet manufacturers are also in the process of receiving certification. Using China Glaze inks will not damage the inkjet ink supply system or the printheads. China Glaze has also developed a highly transparent glaze, known as a protective overcoat, to protect the ink while faithfully reflecting the ink’s color. In addition to transparent and matte finishes, China Glaze can also develop other features to complement the ink’s printing performance based on customer needs.
