Introduction: NanoGreen R Series are high technological products which suitable for stone or polished porcelain tile . The NanoGreen R coat is well established for its high glossy, high hydrophilic, antifouling, antibacterial, easy to clean propert ies , NanoGreen R can easily to smear then coordinate by proprietary process and equipment with stone or polished porcelain tile . Or it can be smeared on finishing stone directly with proper sander. It forms a high adhesive; density protective coat with 0.1mm thickness on the objects which smeared with N anogreen, the coating is antis lip , durability and high stability. Series of NanoGreen |
| A solution: (KN-1200 、 KN-1201 、 KN-1203) ： 125kg ， plastic barrel B solution ：（ KN-1305 ）： 20kg ， plastic bucket Usage ： A solution: Smear or drip solution A on tiles surface which will be polished, then polish the tiles repeatedly until it looks a glittering and translucent mirror face. Suggest polishing with high density woolen wheels to insure excellent padding effects. B solution: Solution B can increase antifouling property effectively of process. It had better polish or smear the “B” solution to cover the completed tiles. Function : Solution A has a far speed of film forming and solidifying, it acts as the antifouling and lightness- increasing basal material. Solution B is an organic solvent, touch the tiles and it feels greasy in film forming early stage because the surface material couldn ' t volatile 。 The film forming and solidifying period was about 2~3 days. Announcements : a. The surface of abrasive wheel should must be smooth, in order to avoid scuffing the surface of tiles; b. clean abrasive wheel periodically. c. Physical machinery filling holes is most essential, especially the preparation of machine factor . d. Wash with soapy or clean water once touched the antifouling composition. Detect lightness of products : Adopt casual inspection: separate tiles from production lines to detection table  vacate the tile for 4~5min clean the tiles with cotton fabric adjust photometer detect lightness of tiles Detect antifouling property : Separate tiles from production lines to detection table; vacate the tile for a half hour to reach room temperature, clean tile surface then use temporary test method to defect antifouling property. Oiliness pen: write “#” on tiles surface and static for 1min; clean it with clear water or laundry soap power and soft cloth. Ink: drop a few spots of ink on tile surface, static for 5min; clean it with clear water or laundry soap powder and soft cloth. Guarantee period ： Please use it up in six months in according with batch number. |
